Description BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Major Harry Schmidt and wife Lisa enter the Tarnak Farms Article 32 hearing room here. Major William Umbach and Schmidt were involved in the April 17, 2002 bombing incident that killed 4 Canadian soldiers and injured 8 near Kandahar, Afghanistan.
