Summary

Description

Tug pushing a barge. September of every year the Keating Channel is dredged -- to prevent flooding, during rain storms. Like most cities, sewers and pavement means that even a small storm creates a big burst of floodwater.

Anyhow, this barge is returning from dumping the dredged material.
