I intend to maintain this article on Citizendium. The source for most of the material was the public domain Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships. When I brought the article to CZ, I improved the headings in the table and made improvements to several lines. I made numerous copy edits, including a rewrite of the lead. [[User:Louis F.
