Dialogue and Deliberation are terms of art for an extremely broad category of conversational and communication approaches. They are used for citizens to engage themselves in the discussion and consideration of public issues and public affairs, as well as clients and consumers in mediation and efforts at problem-solving and a wide variety of other uses. At the linked pages are brief definitions of each of the approaches listed, and links to related pages.
