Current Physics Research
Lee Smolin's Ch 14 in "The Trouble With Physics" has important clues. 2D + 1 quantum gravity allegedly exists as a viable theory. 2D is special because: 1. the world hologram, in my version, posits a future retro-causal de Sitter horizon http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Image:FuturedeSitterhorizon.jpeg of scale L using advanced Wheeler-Feynman signals back to the moment of past-inflation in a Novikovian globally self-consistent loop of self-creation.
