Previously, the article was titled "Declaration of Human Rights", which simply is not the name of the document. Its content was purely the text; I put this in a "text" subpage but it could equally well be an external link.
Obviously, this is a statement of principles rather than specific implementation guidance found in other documents, such as the [[International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights]].
