==This article needs a great deal of more work==
This article was ported from Wikipedia in May 2008 and very little critical editing has been done since then. It was  inconsistent in style and formatting because it had typically been worked on by many different Wikipeians and each of them made no great effort to arrive at a consistent style. In particlular, the references had been formatted in a host of inconsistent ways, as were the External links.
I have reformatted all but the last few of the main article references, created a Related Links subpage, edited and reformatted the External Links section and made a number of copyedits of the main article. On that basis, I then upgraded the status from 4 to 2 (External article to developing article).
But it still needs a thorough, critical review by someone expert in the subject matter. I made no attempt to do that. I just wanted to whip it into shape as a status 2 developing article. [[User:Milton Beychok|Milton Beychok]] 22:22, 8 May 2009 (UTC)

This article needs a great deal of more work

Milton Beychok 22:22, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
