:Classically there are no magnetic monopoles, cf. first (magnetic) law and third (electric) law . Where the third law has a charge ( = monopole) on the right-hand side, the first law has zero. - Classically there are no magnetic monopoles, cf. first (magnetic) law and third (electric) law . Where the third law has a charge ( = monopole) on the right-hand side, the first law has zero.
