- Covert action has long RA and linkage lists for identifying deletion prospects.

Aircraft
- Starting with Bomber aircraft, all individual stubs to be merged into a fully revised version of the generic article; same will apply to most individual fighter aircraft, ships, army units, tanks, etc. Exceptions would be the really noteworthy topics like Spitfire, Hurricane, Me109, Zero, Mustang, Bismarck, Hood, Flying Fortress, Lancaster, T-34, Tiger, Afrika Korps, Eighth Army, etc.

- Move Rail transport and all railway articles into the Railways Subgroup.
