Answer to "CZ articles aren't supposed to be lists"
As with the Positivist calendar, I believe having the list of links at hand would benefit the average reader, who probably won't know what the more obscure plants are. Petréa Mitchell 21:16, 15 April 2007 (CDT)
Months
I think there should be a table or list of the months of the calendar separately near the top of the article, as the month names were much more commonly used than the day names. Perhaps something like:
- Vendémiaire (vintage)
- Brumaire (fog)
- Frimaire (sleet)
- Nivôse (snow)
- Pluviôse (rain)
- Ventôse (wind)
- Germinal (seed)
- Floréal (blossom)
- Prairial (pasture)
- Messidor (harvest)
- Thermidor (heat)
- Fructidor (fruit)
