Place-holder for draft proposal for workgroup.
- Ideas
- Assist contributors with obtaining images, and permissions therefor as needed.
- Help formulate policies.
- Negotiating with image banks such as museums to grant block permission for CZ to use their material.
- Arbitrate and issue decisions in difficult cases.
- Create a few specialized roles.
- Have its own mailing list.
- Maintain an IMAP account or tagging account, permissions@citizendium.org
