Proposal for workgroup.

Ideas

• Assist contributors with obtaining images, and permissions therefor as needed.
• Help formulate policies.
• Negotiating with image banks such as museums to grant block permission for CZ to use their material.
• Arbitrate and issue decisions in difficult cases: Media Assets Editors may approve and disapprove fair use claims in difficult cases.
• Create a few specialized roles.
• Have its own mailing list.
• Maintain an IMAP account or tagging account, media-assets@citizendium.org or permissions@citizendium.org
• In short, CZ's Media Assets and Permissions "Department" that serves editors of other workgroups and all authors.
