Schizotypal personality disorder is a personality disorder primaily characterized by social isolation, as well the exhibition of odd behavior and thinking, often accompanied by unconventional belief systems. [1] There is often a high rate of comorbidity with other personality disorders, which may be due to considerable criteria overlap with other personality disorders, specifically Avoidant personality disorder and Paranoid personality disorder. [2]
