Arithmetic
The Management Council consists of five citizens, half of which are elected every June 21
Perhaps it is perfectly clear somewhere how this is to be interpreted, but there is no obvious way to elect 2.5 people :) Johan A. Förberg 11:30, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
