Robert E. Kelley is an organizational researcher who studied top performers at Bell Labs and developed a model that correlated with their performance. In priority order, here are the behaviors that correlate well to performance, as acknowledged both by managers and peers:

  3. Perspective, Leadership, Teamwork, Followership
  4. Organizational Diplomacy, Oral Presentation.
