Jeopardy!

Jeopardy! is an American quiz show dealing in areas such as history, the arts, literature, popular culture, sports, science, geography and others. The show was created by Merv Griffin and first aired in 1964. It was hosted by Art Fleming and aired on NBC until 1975. A syndicated revival began in 1984 and still currently airs and is hosted by Alex Trebek. The show is conducted in a unique answer and question format where a contestant receives an answer to a question and then answers in the form of a question.
