Julian Lietch was a musician, from the United Kingdom, born, in 1964, to Linda Lawrence, and her boyfriend, Brian Jones, the a founding member of the band The Rolling Stones.[1] His parents split, and Jones would later die, a month after his drug use got him kicked out of his band, when Julian was five years old. Lawrence would later marry folk singer Donovan, and Julian would adopt his surname Lietch.[2]
Lawrence was just 16 years old when she bore Julian.[3]
According to The Guardian's John Robinson, Julian is one of ten of the children of Rolling Stone musicians to perform as musicians themselves.[4]
