While I've got time to deal with it: the Act, 1(3), sets the date for the next election as the 1st Thursday in May 2022. Would that be the 5th? Peter Jackson (talk) 10:29, 22 April 2017 (UTC)

A day before the deadline, the Electoral Commission estimated about 7m theoretically entitled to vote but not registered, just as with the referendum. Manchester seems to have driven the topic out of the news and I haven't found a final estimate. Peter Jackson (talk) 11:00, 25 May 2017 (UTC)
