The Seventh United States Army is the headquarters for the U.S. Army elements of United States European Command and the largest formation in the United States Army. It is also called U.S. Army-Europe, or USAREUR.
It is commanded by General Carter Ham.

History
It was activated as the major U.S. Army formation in the WWII Battle of Sicily (Operation HUSKY), under the command of George Patton.
